Combining innovation, creativity, and efficiency to deliver awe-inspiring real estate developments, Bin Faqeeh Real Estate Investment Company (BFREIC) is taking Bahrain to new heights with their up coming projects in the Kingdom. Their groundbreaking ventures have drastically elevated the real estate industry in Bahrain, and this is only the beginning, as their five-year plan includes launching even more striking developments around the Kingdom to provide an extravagant, comfortable, and affordable living. Head of Marketing, Nadia Bouslama, spoke to Perle Magazine about Bin Faqeeh’s plans to provide their clients with a contented lifestyle.
“We don’t deliver real estate, we deliver an experience”, the motto of Bin Faqeeh, as with each of their projects they aim to bring to Bahrain a remarkable investment opportunity. Headed by Chairman Faisal Bin Faqeeh, the visionary behind the company’s futuristic approach, BFREIC already has projects underway which will offer its clients an unforgettable living experience. Focusing on the company’s vision to provide high quality, novel, and environmentally responsible developments for their clients, Nadia explains, BFREIC launched their grand project, The Limited Five, in 2015. It includes the launch of a new project every year till 2020, starting with WaterBay. WaterBay was introduced in 2015, and is situated in one of most wanted locations of Bahrain, Bahrain Bay, opposite Four Seasons. WaterBay consists of three 10-storey buildings designed keeping in mind the luxurious-hotel lifestyle. With wide and brightly lit hallways, great views of Four Seasons Bahrain Bay gardens, supreme amenities, luxury car service from the buildings to the nearby malls and entertainment locations, Nadia explains the idea behind this project was to create the environment of splendour in one’s home. Much like their unique projects, their launch is just as spectacular. WaterBay was introduced to Bahrain through an impressive visual experience of 3D Mapping, something that has never been seen in the Kingdom before. “People know when they come to Bin Faqeeh, they will live in something new”, Nadia explains and adds that they have set their sights on the project to be completed by 2018.
“When we finish one project, we ask ourselves what is next? What more can we offer? How can we make it better”, says Nadia and their tenacity to consistently showcase contemporary architecture, design, and living lead to their latest project, Layan. Located in Durrat Marina, Layan is the first of its kind in the world. A residential water park, Layan will be hosting 38 shops and restaurants, 228 apartments with a water park and marina view, 2-storey luxury villas each of which will be delivered with a yacht and luxurious car. Offering a truly exceptional experience, Nadia explains the villas and some of the apartments will also have a water slide in their balconies, giving them direct access to the pool, as well as a sanded swimming pool, 2 in-pool restaurants, in-water movie theatre, a surfing area, a children’s area and an adult’s area.
Building an entire community for the residents so they can easily access all the facilities, Layan will also include activity areas for squash, billiards, game room, Nursery and toddlers’ play area, ladies and gents’ gym, coffee shops, and restaurants. Creating a dreamland oasis for those looking to find a getaway without having to travel too far, Layan is the ideal place for a family retreat. Nadia explains Layan was laid out in a manner that would provide a comfortable setting for both the adults and children, with an abundance of activities for everyone to do. Launched in March and in true Bin Faqeeh style, Layan’s welcome to Bahrain was nothing short of magnificent. Ensuring the attendees were provided with the same breathtaking experiences at the event as Bin Faqeeh provides through its real estate, the Layan project was introduced in a fun and memorable carnival at Durrat Marina. Consisting of multiple activities for both kids and adults, BFREIC took care of every element to ensure the event was an indication of the impressive sights to come. Bringing in entertainment for the kids and adults such as live music, carnival games, water show conducted by the same party in charge of the show at The Dubai Mall, Princess Layan booth where little girls were given the opportunity to be pampered, a farm animal pen, movie area, food options, and even a darkened tent consisting of Ferrari simulators, the Nintendo Wii, Playstation, and more – for the adults to feel like a child too and unwind. The four-day event was bustling with people sharing the pride and joy of Bin Faqeeh. The most impressive element of the event was the first-ever Dining in the Sky brought to the VIPs by Bin Faqeeh. A 32-seat table that was elevated above the construction site provided the view of what it would be once the building is complete. Set for breakfast, lunch, tea, and dinner, the invite-only dining experience, catered by Nino, was brought to complement Layan, being the first of its type in the world, by offering a dining experience that is the first of its kind in Bahrain. “What we are trying to do, and hopefully we created an amazing experience, we want people to realise that we love what we do and enjoy what we do and we want to pass that onto our clients. What we really want is that went they think of Bin Faqeeh, they think of exceptional experiences”, Nadia says. BFREIC aims to have Layan completed in 24-months after its launch.
Their tremendous amount of work and nouveau approach to real estate has undoubtedly ranked Bin Faqeeh as one of the leading developers in the Kingdom. Bin Faqeeh caters to everyone with all budgets and, thus, their slogan, “Bin Faqeeh Real Estate, for everyone, everywhere.”
