Standing at 36-storeys high and situated at the core of Bahrain’s concrete jungle in the Diplomatic District, the Domain Hotel proves to be the model location for business, leisure, and comfort in the same space. Having opened in since August 2013, The Domain Hotel and Spa is bringing to its customers a special yet scrumptious dining experience with the launch of its brunch at Le Domain [34] every Friday from 12-4pm.

Providing a stunning view of the island from above, the spacious restaurant has sizeable windows that allow in ample light and provide a breathtaking backdrop for the customers as they indulge in delectable hot and cold food items. Paired with a French touch of Art Nouveau décor, Le Domain’s bright and welcoming atmosphere instantly adds an element of comfort to the guests’ dining experience, whether they choose to sit by the buffet spread or in the available private rooms.

The brunch is based around the concept of “Grown Up” Brunch experience where customers are treated to fond memories from their childhood presented in a different light. There is a delicious selection of homemade breads and fresh salads such as the Celeriac & Apple Salad, Roasted Pumpkins with Beans, Potato with Parsley and Turkey, which are served in copper pots at the buffet table to ensure a unique presentation. Freshly cuts vegetables, and lightweight bites such as quiche, lamb albondigas, foie gras on brioche, and baby squid with black aioli are available for every taste palette.

Introducing the live sushi station by Chef Riichiro Matsui, head chef of Japanese restaurant Imari at The Domain Hotel, guests are treated to a wide selection of sushi created at the hands of the expert. Flavours such as the traditional California Roll, and other options such as the Healthy Veggie Maki Roll and Mango Vegetable Roll cater to the needs of sushi lovers.

Catering to everyone’s different tastes, Le Domain allows its customers to choose from a wide selection of seafood, red meat, chicken, and vegetable hot dishes. From Prime Beef (with either Béarnaise sauce or Truffle jus), roasted chicken, grilled vegetables, roasted potato, eggs Benedict, chicken sausage, to soup, to name a few, Le Domain ensures that there is something to choose from for everyone.  For those who prefer a sweeter brunch option, freshly made waffles and pancakes are also available as well as a rich variety of desserts for those with a sweet tooth.

Apple crumble, cheesecake, Tiramisu, and a chocolate fountain are among some of the inviting dessert options that Le Domain serves for Brunch.

In addition to the buffet, Le Domain has also prepared a special a la carte brunch menu, items of which the chef prepares as per requested, to make sure that every guest that comes is able to enjoy a delicious brunch experience. Placing focus on different taste preferences there are meat and vegetarian dishes, which come with sides, for the guests to be able to enjoy a wholesome brunch.

To further play on the aspect of childhood reminiscing, the guests also have the options of making their own drinks and Le Domain has also launched a special candyfloss flavoured drink, which is topped with actual candyfloss for the adults that still enjoy the children’s candy. Adding elements of fun, there is a live guitar player as well as a magician for the entertainment of guests to make sure there is never a dull moment through their dining experience.
