Every month we hope to celebrate and showcase fashion and designers against the beautiful backdrop of Bahrain.

Located in the area of Seef and previously known as Portugal Port, the Bahrain Fort or ‘Qal’at al-Bahrain’ is built over 180,000 sq ft with the presence of people at the fort being recorded as far back as about 2300BC to the 16th Century. Getting its name from the Qal’at al-Burtughal, the site was the capital of the Dilmun civilisation and contains inexhaustible remains of it. The excavated site at the fort reveals that the fort was used for residential, public, commercial, religious and military purposes. An archeological dig at the site revealed various tools, artifacts such as a Dilmun Stamp seals, fishing tools as well as pots used for cooking and for transport of food from Oman and Mesopotamia.

This month we welcome back the summer weather and showcase upcoming The Beach Republic, with beach brands; Swims, BlueMint and D1 Milano. The beautiful Bahrain Fort and Beach was our inspiration for fusing the historic seafront with the modern seafront.
