Made using the delicious amerena cherries, with a chocolate sponge, with chocolate and coffee as the main ingredients. The rich flavours of the taste make it an ideal partner for the Colombian medium roasted coffee and does not overpower the taste of the cake.

Lemon Pistachio cake

A more tangy tasting cake, with lemon being the core ingredient, this cake is harder to pair with a coffee, but still works best with the lighter blends that Crust and Crema has to offer as well as the hand pour over coffees that are lighter in nature.

Coconut Macaroon cake

Every dessert-lover’s dream, the Coconut Macaroon cake is a delicious combination of chocolate ganache, coconut cream, coconut milk, macaroons, and almond. Rich in ingredients but subtle in flavour, the cake is perfect with Crust and Crema’s special Cloud9 blend, which is a special recipe consisting of three coffee blends.

Caramel Nougatine cake

With a rich caramel flavour fused with chocolate ganache and almond, the Caramel Nougatine cake is flavourful cake and is best paired with latte or a hand pour-over cup of coffee, which does not over power the taste of the cake.
